The most iconic Gieves' prints are this set of three monochrome silhouettes created by Commander A.M Hughes OBE RN in 1927. 
For decades these were a fixture in Gieves' premises at Royal Navy bases worldwide.
SUNDAY ROUNDS -  The ceremonial weekly inspection of the ship’s living spaces
GROG -  The daily rum ration issued to the crew.
DEFAULTERS -  Sailors lined up for disciplinary proceedings or minor punishments.
Set in this order to represent the officers at the top, daily life and then punishments!
These are a copy of the three originals mounted, framed and glazed with perspex.
