A manganese broze submarine steaming light.
The provenance is that this light is from  HMS Andrew P423, Amphion class submarine, built by Vickers Armstrong, launched 6th April 1946.
She was the last Submarine to carry a deck gun. She travelled from Bermuda to England underwater using her snorkel.
Measures 28cm high x 16cm diameter.
