Siebe Gorman four light shallow water harbour hat.  This helmet has standard Siebe comms elbow with Blanking nut as is the Inlet Elbow.  The internal comms is intact as is the chin button.  It has the standard 3 bolt neck connection, Front and rear hanging posts.  This Helmet was used by quite a well known Diver and was a member of the Historical Diving Society.
