A Siebe Gorman & Co diving knife with brass collar and turned, posssibly Lignum Vitae, handle. It doesn't have the usual 'one colour' look to it that the bakelite handles do.
Stamped to the blade 'SIEBE GORMAN & Co', one side serrated. 
With brass sheath and leather frog.
