Siebe Gorman divers torch stamped to the side with 'SIEBE GORMAN' and 'NSN-6230-99-520-1611' and dated 1968. N-S-N being Nato stock number. These torches have been manufactured since the 1920's. This is the rarer example not being the four prong, bulls eye lens with wrist strap variety. This particular 'slide switch' 1.8kg torch was manufactured in the UK between 1967 and 1969. This doesn't have a wrist strap like the later torches do but has a lanyard hole on the end plate. Complete with insides as shown in the images.  Measures 28cm long.
