An R.N Dirk belonging to Lt R.G.D Keddie with leather and brass scabbard. Blade etched 'Gieve of London', initials 'R.G.D.K' on hilt and ray skin grip. measures 18" blade and 23" overall. Lt Keddie was killed in action 19th May 1944 aboard Cattistock engaged with HMS Retalick preventing the german break out at Le Havre.
