A lovely parallel rolling rule in wood and brass by makers W. H Harling Ltd, 117 Moorgate, London with wooden ruler and brass dividers. All with the same makers name and contained within their original teak box which has brass clasps to keep it shut. Clearly once belonged to a 'P.L Keighly-Peach' as etched to the box, rule and ruler.
