A super pair of brass model Saluting canons with dovetail elevation wedges/blocks.
Just out of the workshop polished and waxed.
Sat on stepped wooden carriages with moveable wheels with a marking of 'L and possibly the admiralty mark or an upside down V and a G. Research is telling me that the L may represent a company, the admiralty arrow is the adoption by the RN of the product and the G a date.
There is a very slight difference of 3/4mm in the width of the barrels which I can't really work out but had to mention. Other beady eyes here at Bonds didn't notice.
Measure 40cm total length, 32cm barrel and 30cm carriage.
15cm high and 13cm wide.
2cm bore hole, 5cm firing end.
They weigh 6.5kg each
