A turned oak box with a gilt brass bust of Nelson by P.W.F with a rope surround. Under the lid in black ink we think it reads 'Capt J Walker. Fecit / 32nd Guard. Killed at Talavera. Made from the plank on which Lord Nelson fell when he was shot. Measures 6.5cm diameter. 2cm high.
