An early 19th Century enamel patch box, the hinged lid painted with a portrait of Lord Nelson, to the front the legends 'TRAFALGAR' in a fringed banner, the sides painted with foliage and the reverse reads '21st October 1805'. Really good condition for its age, measures 4.5cm wide x 3.5cm deep x just over 2cm high. The box has a brass rim and the lid also with the hinge in good order.
