A beautiful Stevenograph titled 'Called to the Rescue' with 'HEROISM AT SEA' below with gilt foliage frame.

Printed on the picture underneath the woven scene is 'WOVEN IN SILK BY THOMAS STEVENS, INVENTOR AND MANUFACTURER, COVENTRY AND LONDON (REGISTERED)

We would take an educated guess and think this was a representation of Grace Darling.

The woven panel measures 15cm x 5cm and the entire picture 24.5cm x 17.5cm.
