19th Century Bilston ware blue enamel patch box. 
The hinged lid is decorated with a sailor leaning on an anchor flanked by two 'Man o' wars' in the distance circled by a white dot border.
The inscription above reads 'TO SERVE WITHOUT BRIBE TIS A TRUE  BRITONS PRIDE'
Some wear to the underside as shown in the images.
Measures approx 2cm high x 4.5cm wide x 3.5cm deep
