A large Russian Walrus tusk measuring 63cm x 6cm, scrimmed both sides in colour. Writing to both sides that I have yet to decipher ( more to come!) One side depicts six walruses, Polar bears and their cubs, sea birds, ice bergs and finished with a border each end. The other side is again bordered and depicts Caribou, family scenes, a ship to the back ground, sea birds, Yarangas and the ice. A really superb piece.
