A late 19th/early 20th century compass binnacle by E Dent & Co, London, signed to the compass bezel and numbered 45115. With Dent trademarks, in a brass and wood housing with locking bar, hinged wooden handle and sliding oil lamp to the side. 34cm x 29cm. Weighs just over 10kg.
